Owner very rude. Avoid at all cost especially using the collect service. He refused to accommodate customers even having a collection code. He said that he already returned the parcel but it wasn’t returned. I tried politely talking to him but he just lashes out and tells others the complete opposite of what happened. Handles parcels roughly even if it has a FRAGILE note on it. Shouts at customers.
During my recent holiday my husband and I whent in to bar roso in Minehead Butlins for a coffee,it was the Thursday that the new rules for covid19 came in,I had a email from Butlins saying that if you don't have the app to order at table it was ok they still do table service, well we waited half hour no one came,my husband asked a waitress if it was possible to order she replied that we need the app, after explaining our phone doesn't do apps it's not that modern she said she would do it this time but next time have to be on app,by the time she took order and money and track and trace details I was quite stressed by the time we got coffee I burst into tears and had gone off the coffee,I felt treated like a second rate person for not having a app phone it was horrible what was meant to be a chill out turned into a horrible time,we drank up and left and my husband who was furious said we will never go there again,we spent the rest of holiday drinking coffee in other places were the staff were polite and helpful very disappointed in bar roso
